About the role
You would be part of our product development team with special emphasis on:
Analysis of business requirements
Gather and analyze business requirements, create and review product and customization specifications, assume product ownership as required and provide guidance to the Dev team.
Solution investigations and design
Involvement in product strategy and solution investigations and specifications in close collaboration with product owner, other BAs,CTO and developers.
Customer Interaction and liaison
Facilitate customer workshops and implementation projects, customer support including customer projects (gap and implementation) as well as ongoing maintenance assistance.
Testing & Documentation
You would work in one of our locations or with the local team closest to your location but also collaborate with the rest of the team overseas on common challenges and features. If you are a remote worker you would need to have a certain overlay with our working hours, either based on NZ or German timezone.
About you
You’ll be a highly motivated person with enthusiasm for developing new solutions and keen to be part of a dynamic team in a fast growing environment. You enjoy technology and interaction with people as well as detailed analytical work. As an ideal candidate you:
are fluent in English (both written and spoken)
know how to communicate well with different audiences (developers, other analysts, management, customers)
Experienced in business analysis, product design, project management and software testing
Understand agile software development and scrum approach
Understand software product approach and product management
Strong mathematical and analytical acumen
Able to work independently as well as in a team environment
Are interested to continuously learn new things and improve current solutions
In addition, it would be an added advantage if you had some experience with:
Webservices and other integration methods
Some previous hands-on software development
UI/UX
Financial services, insurance and/or the automotive industry
